Universal Stringing Blocks made in China by Ningbo Lingkai can be used in suspension utilizing a high strength, hot-dipped galvanized socket connector.

Our universal stringing blocks have a rated load of 10 kn, and the sheave size is 178 mm x 76mm. weight 4.3 kg. This is the vertical block; it is either used in the head of the insulator string or fixed on the caliper of the cross arm. The applicable cross-arm width of the caliper is 99–175 mm. Caliper weight is 1.6 kg.

One sheave is extremely rugged. 100% positive locking spring-loaded head pin assembly has a large hook for hot stick operation. Low-friction sealed ball bearings are lubricated for the life of the block under normal conditions.

Beside the universal stringing blocks, our single-stringing pulley is suitable to string single-stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures in overhead transmission lines.

The sheaves of the universal stringing blocks are made of aluminum alloy lined with neoprene or high-strength MC nylon. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings. The frame of block is made of galvanized steel
