Bulk 822mm Large Diameter Stringing Blocks made in China by Ningbo Linkai manufacture are used for 800KV - 1000KV overhead power lines. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings and the frame of blocks is made in galvanized steel.

The big size 822mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. And the big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene. The central sheave is specially strengthened for passage of pilot wire rope.
