Upright Payout Turntable made in China in Ningbo Lingkai Manufacture The cover slab is made of the big, whole steel we cut, so it has totally enough force and bearing load per the data. It has two sheets of slabs, and between these slabs there are 8, and 16 pairs of bearings. It can rotate smoothly.

The Upright Payout Turntable is the vertical pay-off frame suitable for supporting the wire reel during line construction. When pulling wires and ground wires, the wire reel can automatically rotate and unfold.
